1995

Company Founded

HONBASE TRADING LIMITED was established in Hong Kong, beginning operations in pharmaceutical regional trade and sourcing.

2004

China Market Entry

Successfully secured a registered trademark for the prescription drug “Calcium Folinate Tablet” with the China Trademark Office, and obtained approval for its distribution in Mainland China.

2005

Expanded in Mainland China

Successfully secured a registered trademark for the prescription drug “SODIOFOLIN” with the China Trademark Office, and obtained approval for its distribution in Mainland China.

2015

Expanded Portfolio with Major Health Brands from New Zealand, Spain & UK

In 2015, our company became the official Hong Kong distributor and agent for a wide range of health supplement brands, including Good Health, Honey New Zealand (HNZ), Madeleine Ritchie, Life Health, TranzAlpine, Naturalia and Dr. Organic.

2017

Became Sole General Agent

Became the sole general agent and introduced the Taiwanese Chinese medicated plaster “F.M. JINSY WAN YING KAO” into the Hong Kong market.

Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury

Directs all financial operations—strategic budgeting, cash flow optimization, capital allocation, and risk management—across global pharmaceutical markets. Ensures robust internal controls, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and cross-border currency exposure. Drives data‑driven forecasting and profitability analysis, partnering with commercial and supply chain teams to balance working capital with growth.

Head of Digital Commerce & Customer Operations

Oversees end‑to‑end order documentation, invoicing, and customer service for Rx, OTC, and supplements, while managing B2B/B2C e‑commerce storefronts and wholesale channels. Drives online sales growth, platform optimization, and seamless order‑to‑cash processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and trade compliance.

Inbound Operations Manager

All incoming shipments—unloading, inspection, put‑away, and system registration. Ensures GDP‑compliant handling, accurate inventory capture, and seamless handover to storage, minimizing turnaround time and discrepancies.

Outbound Operations Manager

Manages order packing, labeling, final documentation, and dispatch. Guarantees supply‑chain integrity, correct shipping compliance, and on‑time departure, while coordinating with carriers to optimize cost and delivery performance.

Order Picking Supervisor / Fulfillment Lead
