Tirzepatide (brand name: Mounjaro) is the world’s first and currently only GIP/GLP-1 dual receptor agonist, originally developed by Eli Lilly. It was approved in China on May 21, 2024, and officially launched on January 2, 2025. It is indicated for adults with type 2 diabetes who have inadequate glycemic control on diet and exercise combined with metformin and/or sulfonylureas.
Semaglutide 司美格魯肽

Pirtobrutinib 吡托布替尼

Pirtobrutinib is an oral small-molecule BTK inhibitor that works by inhibiting Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK). It is the world’s first and only non-covalent (reversible) BTK inhibitor approved by the US FDA. In January 2023, it was approved for relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in patients who have received at least two prior lines of systemic therapy (including a BTK inhibitor). In December 2023, it was approved for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

Its patch formulation is mainly used to relieve pain and swelling associated with osteoarthritis, muscle pain, and trauma.
